Abstract
The development of economic globalization promotes different countries'economic affiliations in the world,which,however,also makes the international risks triggered by the international financial crisis spread widely among them.Facing macro-environmental risks,industry's environmental risks and firms' internal risks,what changes would happen in MNEs' FDI? Based on manager's perceived international risk,enterprise's resource advantage and FDI strategy,this paper constructs the Gear-interacting Model,and then analyzes the spreading and transmission of the MNEs' international risks triggered by the international financial crisis.Using the datum of Canadian MNEs' FDI in China before and after the international financial crisis,it investigates the changing track of Canadian MNEs' FDI in China,and analyzes the mechanism of this change by empirical approach.
