This paper introduces the architectural and environmental characteristics and renovation experience of Queen's Quay Terminal in Toronto,Canada,The project by Zeidler Roberts Partnership Architects transformed an old warehouse into a mixed -use complex.if shows that a renovation of old bulding can reduce expense,protect environment and keep the local immanence context as well.For this achievement if needs understanding and supporting from developer and authorities as well as innovation of architect.
