Abstract
With a brief account of the cultivation objectives and criteria as well as the reform of the 2+3 program offered by the Civil Engineering College and Sino-Canadian International College of Guangxi University,this paper expounds the curriculum system and teaching program of this model of personnel cultivation and analyses its characteristics.
