The design of thermal corner projection structure is emphasis and difficulty of LNG full containment tank in the design. The finite element calculation of the thermal corner protection structure of 1. 6 × 105m3full containment tank was made by using the analysis method of thermal- structure coupling. By analyzing of the temperature field,displacement field and stress field of leakage accident conditions,it provide the advice and reference for the design of thermal corner projection structure.
