Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Multi-view Video Coding(MVC) is one of the core technologies of the new generation of multimedia, and one of the research hotspots in nowadays multimedia area.Combined with much technology improvement in multi-view video field, this paper gives a general description of MVC methods, mainly from the aspects of the theory of multi-view video, four kinds of MVC methods and image-synthesis of virtual viewpoint. This paper also depicts the new technologies and methods emerging in the field and shows the prospect of the future MVC.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
