Abstract
The article mainly presents the design process of personalize product authentication telephone service system, utilizing D081A speech block of DongJin company.The system adopts TTS function,the system code is compiled with vb, and database adopts ACCESS. After calling the authentication telephone, the users use the voice prompt to input produot informolion, and then the system deals uith the query proyress, and realizes the voice query result thes ystem in simple and useful. And it’s easy to operate the system.
