Abstract
The complex of Nd,1,10-Phenanthroline and fluorescein was synthesized in the environment of water and enthoal.By analyzing the infrared and Raman spectra of the complex,it could be found that when the ratio of 1,10-Phenanthroline,Nd and fluorescein equals to 1:2:3,the complex could be synthesized effectively.In the complex,the carboxyl of fluorescein is connected with the Nd ion in form of monodentate.Also,the structure of the complex was conjectured and the reason for the special ratio of reagents was discussed.
