[Objective]In order to provide scientific basis for food sanitary supervision law enforcement work.[Methods]Investigation and analysis were conducted on the files of food hygiene from 2000 to 2005 in Haiyang city.[Results]Catering trade and food processing industry were the main illegal bodies . The incidents concentrated in the second quarter and the third quarter.[Conclusion]Health supervision and inspection to catering trade and food processing industry in the second and third quarter must be strengthened.
