Abstract
This paper analyzes on the agent of the differentiation of Chinese urban communities, expounds the phenomenon of the differentiation of residential quarters' space, probes into the present situation and the existing problems of the differentiation of the modern Chinese urban communities, puts forward some measures for guiding the differentiation of the residential space such as strengthening the plan and management of the residential quarter, leading and controlling the real estate, and constructing and serving the community, etc., and reveals the significance and developing trend of the transition of the modern Chinese urban community.
