Abstract
Dynamic research to antioxidants flavonoids,SOD,vitamin C different parts of blade of four sweet sorghum varieties in different regions were adopted with different approach.The results showed that mesophyll flavonoids and vitamin C content were high,SOD in veins was active in different sweet sorghum varieties.Sweet sorghum varieties Yin No.4 had high flavonoid content in mesophyll and veins,Yin No.26 had high vitamin C content in mesophyll and veins.Jitianza No.1 had high vitamin C content in mesophyll,SOD in veins was active.The content of antioxidants reached its culmination in the mid late period of growth in the leaves of sweet sorghum varieties.
