Abstract
Carbon black and other fillers are used in rubber products to enhance the mechanism properties.The dispersion and distribution of carbon black and other fillers are important factors in all rubber products.In tire industry it is more important,because the homogenous have a lot of effects on tire's abrasion and fatigue properties.Some factors were studied with NEXEN tread compound,such as: whether mastification of natural rubber,mixing time,raw material adding order,homogenous and structure of carbon blacks.
