Survey on Some Physiological Characters in Two Kinds of Interaction Systems between Tobacco and TMV
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Physiological characters in two kinds of interactions systems including compatible system between the tobacco and TMV and incompatible system between the tobacco and the weak strain in pathogenicity from TMV were surveyed. Results indicated that SOD activities rose obviously in above two kinds of interaction systems and the activity of the latter was higher than that of the former .Moreover, there were higher SOD activities in inoculated leaves than in non inoculated leaves including the upper and the down leaf during the primary stage of interaction, but in the final stage of the incompatible interaction,SOD activity of the upper leaf increased so quickly as to exceed that of the inoculated leaf .CAT activities from two interaction systems were elevated in the course of interaction ,and CAT activity at the initial stage of incompatible interaction was remarkably greater than the compatible one,but the former in activity was inversely lower than the latter. In addition, the inoculated leaf had the higher CAT activity in the former three days than the upper and down leaves non inoculated. However,CAT activity of the upper leaf at the later stage of the compatible interaction was inversely higher than the inoculated leaf and the down leaf.Whether in incompatible or in compatible interaction ,POD activities were all elevated ,and the raised range of the former was larger than the latter. In the same way ,although there was a higher POD activity in inoculated leaf in the early period of interaction than in the upper and down leaves ,POD activity in the upper leaf in incompatible interaction exceeded rapidly the inoculated leaf. Along with the disease symptom appearing at the later stage of compatible interaction, activities of SOD,CAT and POD all went up once more.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
