Abstract
the employment of university graduates is becoming increasingly prominent,to a certain extent has become a universal social phenomenon,with the emergence of the financial crisis,the issue of employment once again become the focus of debate.However,the employment problem in the analysis of university students,it is not always comprehensive and reasonable.In this paper,drawing on the idea of BSC theory,the writer from a more comprehensive and long-term perspective to analyze the problem of employment of university students,and to make a evaluation model.Then,through the data warehouse to build the technology platform to achieve the realization of the evaluation model,so as to achieve more depth analysis of university student employment.
