Analysis on Composition and Genetic Variations of HMW-GS of Some Winter Wheat Varieties in Longdong
Bibliographic record
Abstract
High molecular weight glutenin subunit composition and frequencies of some varieties in Longdong were analyzed by SDS-PAGE techniques. The results showed that there were 16 HMW-GS subunits combinations in tested materials. The subunits of N,7+8,2+12 were major type account for 36.50% of whole varieties. But there were only 3 subunits combinations of 5+10 subunit, account for 9.62% of whole varieties.HMW-GS subunit composition characteristics and frequency showed that there was lower genetic diversity in Glu-1 locus,Glu-D1 locus encoded 6 allelic variations, and the frequency of N subunit was the highest(71.15%).Glu-B1 locus encoded four allelic variations, the frequency of 7+8 was the highest(59.62%).Glu-A1 locus encoded 2 allelic variations, and the frequency of 2+12 was the highest(61.4%).Subunits combinations of the landrace variety presented the characteristics of simple composition and lacked high quality subunits. But the modern variety and introduced variety had comparatively abundant subunits combinations which contained certain high quality suunits.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
