Abstract
Basing on the speed information from the digitization ice rink of AMB system in Heerenveen of Netherlands,the paper analyzes the individual speed characterisitics of the speed skating 500m elite skaters: ZHANG Zhong-qi(China) and Jeremy Wotherspoon(Canada).In order to find out the difference and break through it,it tris to found some methods of analyzing the various parts' difference,the acceleration rate in the curve and speed stability in the straight,the skating length and stability and reduction of high speed area.The purpose is to put forward a scientific reference for the skaters to individually take an optimal physical power tactic and speed endurance training in 500m competition.
