In recent years,the corrupt officials fled to foreign countries which is a very serious problem.Canada and other countries become the first choice for fugitives.However,because there are many differences in judicial philosophy and judicial system between the two countries,these reasons led to a very difficult legal assistance and extradition.To prevent and punish the corrupt officials to escape effectively,The mechanisms of asset recovery and supporting systems should be established in our country as soon as possible to destroy the Criminals ' economic base and force them to return to China and accept legal judgment.
