Abstract
This article introduces the Canadian Northern Telecom Meridian Integrated Services Digital program-controlled switchboard system composition,the use of signaling to the introduction of maintenance circuit card display board and the displaying contents of the note. Combining engineering applications achieves a series of program-controlled switchboard Meridian initialization method and system to re-load process. It classifies the failures taken place in the in the process of working,gives a way to the judge the fault line. Finallly the paper designs the program-controlled switchboard of lightning protection methods.
