By making use of photographic records of the NBA 2004-2005 total finals in 7 quarter matchs and analysing the characteristics of the total finals in present NBA, the trend and regulation of basketball exercise development were explored in the article. Linking with the game covariance data of the Chinese men's basketball Team in the 28th Olympic game, the relative data is compared.The inspiration of this finals for Chinese men's basketball Team is described, and which will be useful for them to prepare for 29th Olympic game.
