Abstract
The Canadian Co-op practice education is distinctive in practice management,practice course arrangement and governmental support,and it's very effective.While many problems exist in our country's higher vocational colleges on post practice program education,such as:enterprises' enthusiasm is not high,the practice management is difficult,the support from government is not enough,etc.Learning from the experience of Canadian Co-op practice management,we can establish the practice base on common interests;colleges and enterprises should jointly plan and arrange courses and practice.The government should give support to the on post practice and inspect the effect from three aspects of college,enterprise and students.
