Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In terms of the general policy of Chinese power system development, which is “power transmission from west to east, mutual supply between south and north, nationwide interconnection”,the problems that may appear in the implementation of this strategy are analyzed. The accident of the gigantic power failure in America and Canada is a lesson. The following measures are sugges-ted. A new type of distributed protection relay system should be set up on the basis of wide area information net to alleviate the impact of disturbance on power system. An integrated system of protection and local emergency control should be set up to increase the power transfer capacity and to prevent the power system stability damage. A network protection system should be set up to maintain the stability and security of power network structure, which coordinates the network-wide performance to prevent interlocking trips. An adaptive network disconnection and emergency recove-ry system should be set up to prevent the interconnected power system collapse and accident overspreading. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
