Abstract
Based on the inductance detecting method of the debris counting method,magnetic flux change was detected,which was caused when hydraulic oil with debris flowing through micro space solenoid,and the debris was detected by detecting the change rates of the inductance.Through the experiment,a conclusion is that iron debris arouses the increase of the inductance and the copper debris accounts for the decrease of the inductance.The change rates of the inductance were analyzed when changing the circle number and diameter.The results show that the smallest ferromagnetic debris detected by micro solenoid is 50 μm.This method is sensible and may be wildly applied in future.
