Abstract
After Vancouver Winter Olympics,Chinese women ice hockey team declines rapidly from a world power team to second-class level.It must pay enough attention to the future development road of Chinese women ice hockey.With the methods of documental information,observation in team and logical analysis,the paper analyzes the situation and development trend of international women ice hockey after the 21st Winter Olympics.Aiming at the current status of Chinese women ice hockey and existing problems about athletic training and tactical idea,it suggests the development road and strategy such as the development system,the development mechanism,the mode of organizing team for Chinese women ice hockey.
