The insufficient funds due to financing difficulties in China is the most important reason accounting for the slow development of energy management company(EMCO),especially small and medium-sized EMCO.In the light of the present situation of EMCO and actual difficulties existing in the process of financing, combined with the advanced experience of the financing from America,Canada, etc, this paper put forward the recent and future financing methods suitable for the small and medium-sized EMCO.At the same time,in order to improve the financing ability, this text proposed the appropriate financing tools which can be put into action, including the loan of intellectual property pledge, the transfer of usufruct, and so on.
