Abstract
Accordance with the characteristics of purity identification of rape,through improving the grinding methods of rape seedlings to improving the method on extracting DNA.The result indicated that liquid nitrogen pre-cooling samples was easily broken out in the test-tube and this method was more suitable to extract rape cultivars DNA than traditional method.This method not only significantly increased the grinding efficiency of rape seedlings,but also ensured the volume of extracted DNA,could effectively avoid the phenomenon of DNA extraction was blank pipe,meanwhile,this method with the characteristic of safety and pollution-free,thus enhanced the detection accuracy and work efficiency greatly.
