Abstract
This paper provides a systematic research on the seeds of Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng on its morphous,water absorption and germination behaviors,to propose the most suitable environment conditions for seeds germination,so as to supply theory evidences for seeds storing and sowing.The experiment results show that,soaked in GA3 solution for 24 hours,the seeds germinated more quickly.Below 25℃,the germination percentage decreases with the temperature drops.The germination percentage at 28℃ is the same as thatt at 25℃,and the germination percentage in sunlight is higher than that in dark.The research results can be used as scientific reference and demonstration mode for extending cultivation and further studies of Lonicera fulvotomentosa in Karst areas.
