Abstract
Statistics of China's sulphur import and analysis of domestic market in 2009 are carried out China imported sulphur 12 167.9 kt in 2009,an increase of 44.60%compared to 2008.After the first three quarters' quietness,import price of sulphur climbed suddenly and sharply from 600 RMB/t at the end of September to 1 150 RMB/t at the end of year,experiencing an about 91.6%increase.Canada,Saudi Arabia and US were the main suppliers.Nantong port in the east,Fancheng port in the southwest and Qingdao port in the north were the main places of acceptance and downstream purchase concentrated in the provinces of Jiangsu,Yunnan,Guizhou, Shandong,Hubei,el at.
