The Canadian government pays more attention to social studies in elementary and secondary schools in all time and has finished revising the Ontario Curriculum,Social Studies,Grade 1-6; History and Geography,Grade 7-8,2013(revised)recently. This study introduces and analyzes its characteristics of the curriculum goals,ideas,contents,assessment and evaluation,and then,some enlightenments are gained which can provide reference and benefit to the reform and implementation of elementary school's moral and life,moral and social curriculum in China.
