Abstract
Teenagers are the future of our motherland and the hopes of our people.We will win the future only if teenagers grow healthily.The radical strategy is to guide teenagers growing healthily in order to make the course of the party and to make the state vigorous and stable.Committee for Care of Children and the old majors have a special advantage at the aspect of doing the work of care of children which other social forces cannot replace.Each quarter should pay much attention to Committee for Care of Children and the old majors' role in strengthening and improving ideals and ethics cultivation among young people and ideological and political education among university students,and promoting cultural and ideological progress of the whole society.
