Because of the increasingly command for time in the search and rescue activities at sea, development the underwater fast-positioning system for acoustic distress beacons.This paper introduces the application of the high precision clock of GPS in the positioning system, including the synchronization in wireless communication link and in time-measurement of acoustic signal.And describe in detail the realization of GPS clock synchronization in Windows and DSP.
