Abstract
There are many talent cultivating models of vocational education in western countries combing learning with working.Typically,for instance,dual system in Germany,sandwich style in Britain,cooperational education in America,technical and continuous education in Australia and the capability-oriented education in Canada.In recent years,our vocational education field is also studying,accomplishing and promoting the talent cultivating models combing learning with working and has achieved some accomplishment.There is reference significance of conducting those study and practice results systematically to promote the reformation of talent cultivating models on vocational eduacation.
