Abstract
Bilingual educational sociocultural environments between China and Canada are comparativily studied from the factors of population and language environment,culture and society environment in the paper.This article illustrates the similarities and differences of bilingual educational sociocultural environments between China and Canada,makes clear the common characters and special characters between the two.The article explores the cultural and social factors of the existed basis of bilingual education.Reference of Canada bilingual education should be made reasonable use of,to develop bilingual education suit for Chinese characteristics and the specific situation in China,and to promote scientifically the discussion and research development on bilingual education in China.
