Study on Seed Germination Characteristics and Seedling Physiological of Two Ephemera Plants
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The seed of two ephemera plants Malcolmia scorpioides and Tetracme quadricornis were used in germination experiments to investigate the effects of different conditions on germination. The activeties of SOD,POD,CAT and MDA contents were detected after treated with NaCl.Results showed that the germination rate of the two plants was less than 15%,but dealing with GA3 or puncturing the seed coat could elevate the germination rate to 90%.The best seed germination temperature of the two plant was between 15 ℃ to 30 ℃.However, light has little effect on the germination.Malcolmia scorpioides has more tolerant than Tetracme quadricornis after treated with NaCl and PEG-6000.Under the same concentration and treating time with NaCl,the activity of SOD,POD and CAT in Malcolmia scorpioides was higher than that of Tetracme quadricornis, but the quantity of MDA was lower. With the concentration of NaCl enhancing, the activity of the three enzymes in the two ephemera plants first up and then down, but the quantity of MDA was always up.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
