Abstract
At the first quarter of 2014 in United States, 28 enterprises were ordered to be suspended for financial fraud by The Securities and Exchange Commission for American company and 97 enterprises in 2013 year suspended. Some went bankrupt, even related organizations did, too. In comparison, Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission had hardly on announcements for the suspension. A few enterprises didn't get any big punishments after their the frauds exposed. The prone of the system and the law is the main reason of this,especially listing and delisting system. Therefore, except optimizing enterprise internal auditing system, to improve the systems and seriously enforce are the fundamental ways.
