CMEC initially began in 1992.Its mission is to ensure that every student at Middle school in Canada could have access to music education.Thus,it plays an exceedingly important role in the music education in Canada and also promotes an all-around and healthy development of music education.In the process of music education,Canada develops its own educational philosophy and forms its specific characteristics and has achieved a great success.It would strive hard to satisfy the needs from the students and make sure everyone gets a fair opportunity to learn.
