Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:To observe the effect of Qutanhuayubushenyiqi method on cognitive function after ischemic stroke within 3 months. Methods:The cognitive function in 80 patients in hospital with cerebral infarction no dementia were evaluated with mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)Beijing Version after IQCODE screens at different phase points of 14 days,a month and 3 months.Among them 47 cases as the treatment group were treated on above principle and 15 with piracetam. Results:The total mark of MMSE and MoCA of two groups after treatment increased evidently(P0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group had an advantage over that of the control group in three months of treatment. Conclusion:The Qutanhuayubushenyiqi method may obviously enhance total cognitive function impairment after ischemic stroke.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
