Abstract
Dodonaea viscosa(Linn.) Jacp seeds are the experimental material of this research.Culturing them in the light the climate box and studing the influence to germination in different methods of soaking(40 ℃ warm water,0.3% potassium permanganate solution,not soaking),temperature treatment(15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃,30 ℃ constant temperature and variable temperature of 18-25 ℃) and storage time(11,15,19and 23 months).The results showed that: The difference of soaking methods was not significant;Germination rate was ascend in first and descend at last in the storage experiment,The third test which stored 19 months had got the highest germination rate;In the temperature treatments,18-25 ℃ variable temperature processing germination rate appeared significant difference compared with other treatments.Above 20 ℃ was the suitable temperature for Dodonaea viscosa(Linn.) Jacp germination.
