Abstract
83 SSR primers were screened on 11 sunflower samples and 8 primers were found to be able to distinguish 8 sunflower samples and it's parents as well as hybrids well,Primers ORS 10#,ORS 78# and ORS 340# could differentiate more than one samples.The result showed that SSR was powerful to identify sunflower varietal purity with abundant genetic information and high sensitivity.However,3 sunflower varieties had no special peimer and to collect their parents samples and more primers screening were the key facters.
