Abstract
The Alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) isozymic bands of functional leaves of 48 individual from 3 isolated population of alpine plant Arenaria pulvinata Edgew.were determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and coded,which developed on altitude 4 500-4 650 m range in Sejila Mount.Meanwhile the cluster analysis of the isozymic bands has been made and 3 genetic indexes of peroxidase were analysed.The results indicate that individuals from the same population show higher similarity in isozymic bands and genetic heterozygosity is small(HeA=0.766,HeB =0.872,HeC=0.736).The means of genetic identity index of alcohol dehydrogenase is bigger than that of other isozymic of Arenaria pulvinata Edgew.and gentic distance is bigger than that of other isozymic(IAB=0.539,IAC=0.367,IBC=0.513;DAB=0.618,DAC=1.002,DBC=0.667).Results data from this study show that the alcohol dehydrogenase isozymic of Arenaria pulvinata Edgew.exist some extent genetic differentiation and lack of effective gene flow among 3 population of Arenaria pulvinata Edgew..
