Abstract
The roots of Xinjiang mulei ferula were extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide fluid and the solvent CH_2Cl_2 in Soxhlet vessel and with water distillation, and analyzed by GC-MS.There are 42 compounds,28 of which were identified,and the major one is guaiol.Supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction (SFE) is better than others.
