Abstract
Origin was used as a geographical concept,labeling the initial source of a product in international trade.While the concept of origin has been changed with increasing deepen of the supply chain division internationally.The origin label has become a result educed from related rules.Thereofore, more and more companies are manipulating the origin of their products in order to avoid trade controls, obtain tariff favor or promote their brand value.This paper is aiming to discuss the economic impact of rules of origin on international supply chain and try to propose applicable suggestions.
