Abstract
Acidic polysaccharide ASPⅠwas obtained by ethanol depositing and using diethylaminoethyl cellulose and DEAE-Sephrose CL-6B column.It was identified homogeneous polysaccharide by gel filtration and high performance gel penetrate chromatography.It was composed of rhamnose,arabinose,galactose,glucose,xylose and galacturonic acid by gas chromatography and ion chromatography analysis,and their ratio was 24.55:14.22:10.45:1.84:1.22:28.05.FT-IR showed ASPⅠ had characteristic absorption peaks of polysaccharide.
