The 9~(th) Annual Conference of International Leadership Association was held in Vancouver,Canada from October 31th to November 4th,2007.More than 720 representatives participated in the conference from global five continents.Surrounding the theme ofLeadership:Influence,Culture and Sustainability,the representatives had discussed deeply the questions and the challenges faced by leadership for sustainability,and fully had exchanged the ideas of sustainability of leadership.The conference focused on the study of values and the practice of leadership education which had the important significance to the leadership training in China.
