According to The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline construction plan and the specific situation in Pingli county,the article primarily discusses the principle and method of the ecosystem effect area this county.Combined with the 3S technique,it puts forward the preliminary program of the ecological function division in Pingli county.The county divides into three sections which are the northern low mountains and way of grain,forestry ecological functional areas,the central zhongshan food,tea,medicine,special and mineral development comprehensive ecological economic zone and south mountain water conservation and special tourism function.With brief analysis of each function orientation and industry development direction,it provides the government some basis for decision-making.
