Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This study constructed an indicator system of real estate cycle evaluation combing real estate cycle theory with the characteristics of real estate market in China.Empirical study was conducted using the method of Diffusion Index and Combined Index. Our study contributed the extant literature by introducing policy indicators to the evaluation of real estate cycle. The empirical findings supported the indicator system constructed in our study.During the studies period from 2007Q3 to 2010Q4,real estate market in China experienced an entire cycle with ten quarters, where the peaks are respectively in the third quarter of 2007 and in the first quarter of 2010,and the though is in the fourth quarter of 2008.Our findings revealed that the real estate construction and investment activities would demonstrate contraction and recession at the end of the first half which should be paid attention to by policymakers.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
