Abstract
In order to develop the meal nutrition level of our outstanding female short track speed skaters,and provide some reference for their reasonable and balance meal,this article analyses the meal nutrition of 6 outstanding skaters who prepare for the 21th Vancouver Winter Olympic Games,finds out some problems and proposes some suggestions.
