Abstract
tree-varying multicast exploits hierarchy for data delivery.the multicast trees change very frequently,this distributes and balances the stress in the networks,avoiding congestion,and make the network stable and robust.Tree-varying multicast controls the communication by the linking priority,the parameter SIR of the link decides linking priority.After establishing linking priority,In order to improve the communication efficiency,network should provide link according with SIR as many as possible.
