Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The safety climate in a working group is the basic step for the HSE development of a company. Studies on how this has effect on the performance of HSE for a company can help decision-makers and safety managers to build up their own effective HSE management system and methods. Adopting the questionnaire survey and the regression method, this study analyzed on the affecting factors of HSE performance of offshore oil working groups. Here is the result that our study shows:the higher the frequency of working groups meetings on safety or the higher ratio between the groups meetings on safety and the total meetings, the better the HSE performance of this oil company will be; On the other hand, the more that the group workers get to know what responsibilities their foreman should take, the worse HSE performance the working group will be,and the more clearly that the regulations describe on rewards and punishments for the foreman, the worse HSE performance of this offshore oil working group will be.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
