Abstract
Since China ended the unit's housing distribution system and implemented housing ownership reform,residential estate management industry has risen but there have been intense conflicts and struggles between owners and estate management companies.The reason is that dictatorial management of regional enclosure has been carried out in the residential areas.We can learn from the earlier urbanization-developed countries.The U.S.and Canada have established improved co-managed apartment management system and estate management is accomplished by turning to open socialized service.Therefore,improving professional co-managed apartment management to offer technical service will be the basis of breaking closed estate management pattern,diminishing the conflicts between owners and estate service companies and accomplishing harmonious community interests.
