Abstract
Guaranteeing migrant workers' children the right to receive education is the responsibility government should bear. In dealing with the now existing problems like the confirmation of their identity, the implementation of guardianship and their going to the nearest schools, the government's tendency to replace responsibility with emotions has obscured its responsibility. To respond to this, we must analyze the legal basis to enable the government to play its due role of responsibility.
