Abstract
This paper proposed a lightweight telephone voice process definition language(TVPDL),which supports the definition of all kinds of telephone voice processes.The processes are parsed and run by telephone voice engine.If the business process needs to be changed in future,we can only adjust voice process definition and need not to change the application.In this way,the flexibility of telephone voice application has been improved greatly.
